Right now I'm spending 150 hyper stat points (+15%) to max out my critical rate, while the phantom link is a little overkill giving +20%. At the present moment I'd probably just trade out the Xenon link which would probably make the trade worthwhile as 150 points is a lot of play with, but with adventurer links coming soon it gets more complicated.
